Playing Card Design

Our task was to create the design of a deck of cards.

Using mainly pen as a medium, I used different shading techniques to create the illusion of depth. I also made use of black construction paper and the white of the board itself.

On the left is a design using an asymmetrical perspective.
On the right is a design using a symmetrical perspective.
